There’s nothing like the feeling of being inspired to try something you’ve never attempted to do before. Which is why the social media site Pinterest has become so popular. It’s loaded with visual candy of all sorts of art projects, baking projects, redecorating projects, you name it. And we all look at the perfectly-lit images and think, “Hey, I can do that.” But we can’t. None of us can pull off some of the creative trickery on that site. We are mere mortals and should stick with what we do best: Failing. And then putting our fails online for others to enjoy.
The good news is, if you own a cat, they would be more than happy to destroy the crappy string ball just as much as the perfect ones. Obviously someone did not quite follow the directions. Was the idea to warp string around a balloon and then secure it somehow and then pop the balloon? Well tehey got the balloon pop right, unless their cat did that.
